Mark Dougherty

Mark Dougherty is DQ’s Managing Director and has extensive experience in the Isle of Man in corporate and commercial law. He is consistently ranked as one of the top corporate and commercial lawyers on the Island. Mark regularly advises multi-national companies, listed entities, banks and private equity houses as well as high net worth individuals in a wide range of Isle of Man corporate and commercial matters. Mark is a qualified notary public. Mark’s specialist areas of practice are banking, capital markets, shipping, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters.

Kim Emery

Kim Emery is a Senior Associate in the Corporate and Commercial and Employment teams at DQ. Kim’s areas of specialism include banking and finance matters (acting for financial institutions, private lenders and corporate borrowers), mergers and acquisitions, legal due diligence reviews and opinions relating to cross border property transactions, in addition to advising on general corporate law matters.
