Pat Brogan

In September 2006 Pat was a manager of Fiduciary Services at the IOMFSA. She then joined Dohle Corporate and Trust Ltd as Head of Compliance and MLRO, a position she held from May 2021.

In March 2025 Pat joined The Fortress Group as Head of Compliance. Pat is a Fellow Member of the International Compliance Association and has the International Diploma in Compliance and the International Diploma in Anti Money Laundering. She also has a diploma in Offshore Administration with the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA) (now The Chartered Governance Institute) and a Diploma in Financial Administration from the Institute of Administrative Management (IAM).

Tracy Duncan

Tracy has more than 20 years experience in our industry having started her fiduciary services career initially in 1989 before moving to the UK in 1999 to gain more Company Secretarial experience. Tracy returned to the Island in 2008 to take up an Administration Manager role at a small TCSP and is currently the Administration Director at Aston International Limited, one of the longest-established firms in our industry. Tracy is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators and held the position of Deputy Company Secretary of a large Friendly Society in the UK for 7 years.

Rachael McGeachie

Rachael’s skillset spans multi-jurisdictional regulatory compliance and risk management specialising in Trust and Corporate Services.

Rachael is a Fellow Member of the International Compliance Association.

Rachael is a highly skilled MLRO and financial crime prevention specialist with a passion for educating and mentorship.

Juan McGuinness

Juan McGuinness is Head of Compliance and MLRO at Martyn Fiddler Limited, bringing more than two decades of experience across banking, compliance, and the TCSP sector. He began his career in banking in 2002 and moved into compliance in 2007 before subsequently specialising in trust and corporate services from 2013 onwards.
He is a long-standing Member of the International Compliance Association and holds a specialist qualification in Financial Crime and Fraud Prevention. His work focuses on AML/CFT, regulatory engagement, governance, and strengthening operational compliance frameworks.
Alongside his professional career, Juan serves as a Ramsey Town Commissioner, a position he has held since 2016.

Teresa Mee

Teresa is a director of The ILS Group Limited, a global provider of independent fiduciary services to professional advisers, international corporate groups and private clients. She is responsible for both internal and external operations including client service levels, personnel and the development of group policies and procedures. She has more than 20 years' experience in the fiduciary services sector having worked in both onshore and offshore jurisdictions most notably on company secretarial, corporate governance and compliance matters. She is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators.

Samantha Partridge

Samantha graduated from the University of Wales, Bangor in 2006. She commenced her training to be a Chartered Accountant at Crowe Morgan Management Limited in the same year and she qualified in 2010. She was appointed Deputy Money Laundering Reporting Officer in 2014 and in 2015 she was promoted to Director. Samantha has a large and diverse portfolio of clients across the TCSP industry, including trust structures, investment companies and property holding companies. She is also experienced in dealing with restructuring family wealth, tax and estate planning.

Clare Scott

Clare began her career in banking before moving to the corporate services sector over two decades ago. Clare is currently a Senior Manager within the Corporate Governance Department at Suntera Global, an international provider of fund, corporate, and private wealth services and an Associate Member of the Chartered Governance Institute.
With a strong focus on global governance, Clare is committed to promoting best practices and enhancing governance standards across the Isle of Man’s corporate services industry. As a board member of the Association of Corporate Service Providers (ACSP), Clare works closely with the Companies Registry and actively participates in Government-led workshops addressing legislative and administrative developments impacting corporate service providers.

Michelle Tasker

Michelle spent 16 years working for PraxisIFM Trust Limited (formerly Jeffcote Donnison Overseas) heading up their accounts teams of both the Isle of Man office and latterly the London office.
Michelle joined the ACSP in January 2024 taking on the role of Executive Officer.
