Sinead O'Connor of DQ Advocates will present a seminar on the topic "A little risk management saves a lot of fan cleaning". This will focus on what we can learn about the regulators' expectations of risk management in the AML/CFT context from enforcement action and from the work that we do with regulated entities responding to regulatory enquiry, supervision or investigation.
