Guest Speaker: Kathryn Sharman – DQ Advocates
This event will cover recent regulatory developments, emerging risks and compliance issues that deserve another look (particularly while industry have been busy with Moneyval!). This presentation will be horizon scanning meets compliance blind spots.
Kathryn is a Senior Advisor in the Regulatory & Compliance Services team at DQ Advocates and advises clients across the financial services industry on a wide range of compliance and regulatory fields. This includes AML/CFT and data protection. Kathryn works primarily with Isle of Man legislative regulation and compliance with such legislation.
Kathryn joined DQ in 2019 after successfully completing her Law degree at the University of Hull.
She is an accredited Data Protection Practitioner and holds the ICA International Diploma in Governance Risk & Compliance and the ICA International Diploma in AML.
This event is free to ACSP members and associate members.
Non-members are welcome to attend, these tickets will attract a fee.
