This course acts as an introduction to carried interest, including the principles and risk of carry. Simple calculations, different 'waterfall' styles and financial reporting will also be considered. The session will finish with a worked example of carried interest for a private equity fund.
This course is suitable for managers and fund accountants dealing with carried interest.
