Dougherty Quinn Limited will present a seminar entitled 'Dealing with a TIEA request and subsequent Tax Investigation'. Delegates will hear about the process behind a TIEA request being served and the common pitfalls and challenges associated with responding. Drawing on their particular expertise in this area, DQ will share insights into how a request develops into an investigation and what members can expect from inside an investigation. DQ will also consider what regulatory obligations members have in relation to requests and investigations and give some pointers for how to prepare now for a possible investigation in the future.
