Colin Manley is Head of Insurance, Pensions and Fiduciary Services in the Isle of Man Financial Services Authority ("the Authority") and has been with the Authority for just over 4 years. Colin has over 25 years of experience working within the financial services industry, including senior management positions with insurance firms, a financial services consultancy and financial services regulatory bodies, including 4 years with the Central Bank of Ireland. Colin is an actuary by profession and is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries Ireland and a Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries. Colin is a current member of the International Association of Insurance Supervisors Standards Assessment Working Group.
