This course provides a general introduction to the concept of companies and the role of the company secretary in the Isle of Man, covering both the Companies Act 20026 and the Companies Act 1931. It covers the formation, structure, and types of companies, as well as the statutory duties and practical aspects of the company secretary's role.
This course forms part of the 2025 ACSP CPD Programme.
