Speakers: Andrew Harding, Director / Head of Corporate and Commercial
Andrew is a Manx Advocate and has significant experience in relation to a broad range of corporate and commercial matters. His specialist areas include mergers and acquisitions, investment funds, private investment structures and financial services regulation. Andrew also regularly deals with secured lending, corporate restructuring and matters relating to corporate governance.
Rachel Winterbach, Senior Associate
Rachel is dual qualified in South Africa and the Isle of Man, practising as a senior associate in the Corporate and Commercial and Pensions departments. Rachel advises on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters and pensions matters, including the establishment, management and administration of pension and other employee benefit schemes in the Isle of Man.
