Sinead will speak to us about the AML/CFT Code 2019 and the changes within it which will impact on AML/CFT procedures. She will also cover the Anti-Money Laundering and Countering the Financing of Terrorism (Civil Penalties) Regulations 2019 and the possible implications of those for CSPs.
This seminar is with coffee and registration from 12 noon for a prompt 12.30 pm start.
