The ACSP takes part in committees and steering groups across the industry including with government departments on tax, money laundering, sanctions, and e-Gaming issues. ACSP Directors also represent the membership in regular liaison meetings with the IOMFSA.
ACSP full membership is open to fiduciary licence holders – trust and corporate service providers licenced by the IOMFSA.
Associate corporate membership is offered to banks, law firms and accountants etc.
Retired professionals, students and individuals with an interest in the industry are also welcome to join as an individual associate member.
Staff employed by member firms are also welcome to join as individual members (a 50% discount is offered on this basis).
The primary objective of the ACSP and its membership is to further the development of the Isle of Man as an international centre for the provision of corporate and trust services.
